Information about discounts

Upon production of relevant documents, a reduced fee for one-time admission to the Museum is granted to:

1/ students of primary schools, secondary schools and schools of art, students of teacher training and social service staff colleges, students and PhD students who are citizens of Member States of the European Union, the Swiss Confederation and the Member States of the European Free Trade Association (EFTA) - parties to the Agreement on the European Economic Area;
2/ people over the age of 65, pensioners, social pensioners who are nationals of Member States of the European Union, the Swiss Confederation and the Member States of the European Free Trade Association (EFTA) - parties to the Agreement on the European Economic Area;
3/ teachers of primary and secondary schools, schools of art, educational institution teachers - educational and day-care facilities, correctional facilities, shelters for minors and diagnostic-consultancy centres operating in the Member States of the European Union, the Swiss Confederation and the Member States of the European free Trade Association (EFTA) - parties to the Agreement on the European Economic Area;
4/ carers of the disabled
5/ individuals honoured with the badge "For the care of monuments" badge of honour "Distinguished Cultural Activist" badge of honour "Merit for Polish Culture" or distinguished with the honorary title "Honoured for the National Culture";
6/ veterans;
7/ Warsaw Tourist Card holders.

Free of charge admission to the Museum, upon production of relevant documents, is granted to:

1/ carers of groups
2/ disabled
3/ individuals awarded with the Order of the White Eagle, Virtuti Militari Order, the Order of Merit of the Polish Republic, Medal "Gloria Artis";
4/ employees of museums listed in the National Register of Museums;
5/ members of the International Council of Museums (ICOM) and the International Council of Monuments and Sites (ICOMOS);
6/ holders of the Pole's Card referred to in the Act of 7th September 2007 on the Pole's Card (Journal of Laws No. 180, item 1280 and of 2008 No. 52, item 305);
7/ children under the age of seven.
8/ winners of the International Art Competition for Children and Youth "My adventure at a museum" and the International Photography Competition for Children and Youth "Museum encounter with photography" having a valid card of free entry to all museums subordinated to the Ministry of Culture and National Heritage."
